1. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and preferred delivery method.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the following locations:

Norway: All regions

International: Selected countries (details provided at checkout)

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at spotlight@clebwear.com to check if shipping is available.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Norway and International: 5–14 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Customs and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by C’leb Wear.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at spotlight@clebwear.com with your order details. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
