RETURN POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at spotlight@clebwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
